Senior's Fun Day is back at the Heritage Village! Senior's Fun Day is a fun opportunity for senior's from the region to get out, get together, and enjoy snacks, games, prizes, entertainment and more! This year we will be hosting Senior's Fun Days on July 12th and August 16th. Stayed tuned, more details coming soon!


The Heritage Village is now open for the season! 

We will be open every day until September 1, 2017, except for May 22nd and August 7th. 


Hours of Operation:

Monday - Saturday: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.   

Sunday: 12:00 p.m. to 4 p.m.

We appreciate advance notice for large groups.

September 29: 6th Annual Culturama Evening. Doors open at 5:00 p.m. at the Arborg Community Hall. This event is the kickoff of the Arborg and District's weekend of celebrating Canada's 150th Birthday.

Join us for our annual Culturama! Enjoy food, entertainment and handmade wares from around the Interlake. Our passport style tickets for Culturama are limited, and we always sell out.

Stay tuned for more details.

Each summer, we offer day programs for children ages 5 to 13. The programs are fun and engaging, and they provide an opportunity to learn about other cultures and the past. In 2016, we offered Ukrainian Zabava; Icelandic Experience; Tipi Party; Italian Pizzeria; Safari Adventure; Japanese Tea Party; and Incredible India. Each day program lasts for two hours. In honour of Canada's 150th birthday, this year's theme will focus on our own great nation. For information about this year's program, check out the poster below.

  • Star Attraction

    On September 30, 2015, the Honourable Ron Lemieux, Minister of Tourism, Culture, Heritage, Sport and Consumer Protection announced that the Arborg & District Multicultural Heritage Village was receiving Manitoba Star Attraction Designation.  We are very proud to be receiving this designation!
