Venue- Arborg Heritage Hall in the Arborg & District Multicultural Heritage Village.  The building is wheelchair accessible.

On September 30, 2015, the Honourable Ron Lemieux, Minister of Tourism, Culture, Heritage, Sport and Consumer Protection announced that the Arborg & District Multicultural Heritage Village was receiving Manitoba Star Attraction Designation.  We are very proud to be receiving this designation!

The Arborg & District multicultural Heritage Village is Proud new owner of a nation plaque that was unveiled on August 22, 2014 at 11:00 am. 

This plaque was part of the National 100 Plaque Project that was put into effect to raise awareness of the the Ukrainian-Canadians as well as many Italians, Germans, Serbians, Armenians, etc that were put into one of 24 different internment camps all across Canada during both of the World Wars and also the Quebec crisis of 1970. These people were forced into slave labour, had to report to authorities on a weekly basis, and got their civil rights stripped from them not because they committed any felony, but because of who they were and where they came from. 100 communities across Canada were chosen to unveil a plaque identical to ours at the very same time to honour those who were treated unfairly. We were extremely honoured to have been chosen to be a home for the plaque. It has been mounted in our interpretive center for all to see. 

Old Time Campground

The campground will be opening for the season on May 22, 2021 September 26, 2021.

22 campsites with 7 pull through sites.  Fire pits and picnic tables are available at each campsite. There are also plug-ins for electricity at each site and washrooms and showers available 24 hrs/day.

Campers: $20.00/night

Tents: $15.00/night

Monthly rate: $450.00

We have sanitation dumpsite for campers. Dumping is free if you are staying at our site, and there is a fee of $20.00 to dump for those who are not camping onsite.

Payment can be made at the office on site during office hours.  There are envelopes in the white boxes on the campground for payment in case the office is closed. They are to be put in the slot on the red barn that is located just behind the washrooms on the campsite.
